FAQ - Frequently asked questions
- Clicking the link on the top or bottom of this page will take you to the > ZFF industry accreditations page.
- On this page click Industry accreditation and then select the button Apply now.
- This will lead you to the OneLog login page. If you already have an account, please log in. If not, please create a new account.
- After you are in My ZFF page, select Request your accreditation now.
- Select the accreditation type you would like to purchase (SoundTrack_Zurich or Industry Professional if you want the full pass for STZ and the ZFF) and fill in your personal data.
- If you are member of a cooperating union, please select your union from the dropdown Member of an Association (discounted SoundTrack_Zurich accreditation) and please upload a proof of your membership.
- If you are a student, please upload your students pass.
Please note the following accreditations procedure:
- Step 1: You apply for an accreditation. Your request will be marked as In Process. Please allow one or two days for processing.
- Step 2: Your accreditation will be processed and you will receive an email with a payment request.
- Step 3: After your payment is confirmed, your accreditation request is granted and you will receive your accreditation badge by email as a digital copy, which you can upload in your wallet app.
You can also get a printed badge at the ZFF Industry counter on > Sechseläutenplatz, though this will come at an extra cost. ZFF Industry counter is located in the container next to the tent.
